Compliant Films, in association with the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), announces Improving Compliance Education, a program that features several of the leading compliance officers discussing how they educate physicians, nurses and staff members on key compliance topics.
Through in-depth interviews, several compliance officers give a behind-the-scenes look at their compliance programs and reveal their best practices. Discussions include the use of incentives, mandatory education and compliance promotion through newsletters and intranets. The 20-minute program is broken up into short 3-minute segments so that it can be watched all at once or just a few parts at a time. It reveals what many health care providers are doing to create interesting and meaningful education. It’s a great tool for compliance staffs to watch as a group and includes thought provoking questions to inspire discussion on how to get the most out education initiatives.
It will be released in the Spring of 2010.
Compliant Films announces the release of the innovative series of video-based health care compliance educational programs, Compliance Education Series.
It is a cost saving, groundbreaking video series focused on high-risk compliance areas for all types of hospitals and hospital systems. It includes twelve episodes that are professionally produced, featuring professional actors and script written by a fifteen year veteran healthcare attorney. Educating simply and clearly on compliance topics at both the clinician and the administrative levels ensures better compliance. Also with a sophisticated and busy audience consistency and brevity are key. That’s why this series is so effective by itself or combined with complementary materials that we have developed. In short, this series is compliance, clear and concise.
This series was created by Karie Rego, a health care lawyer and former in-house legal counsel to a major health care system, who designed this series to be an effective educational tool to improve the understanding of complex regulations by health care professionals.
